Back in May this year, me and a couple of friends drove up to the small town of Armstrong in the Okanagan region of British Columbia. It is 480 km north east of Vancouver and 75 km from Kelowna. The object for our travel was the Tulip Festival. Ever since moving to Canada I heard a lot about flower festivals but till now I did not get a chance to visit them. This was a good chance to check one out locally.
The area of the flowers itself was not that big but the tulips were beautiful and more than made for our slight disappointment with the small area. The pictures below speak for themselves.
